By Bus and Subway

There is a cross-town bus on 23rd street that stops in Chelsea Piers across from 23rd street. (This is a westbound bus, that will go across the West Side High way and drop you off in the Chelsea Piers complex) This stop is directly across from Pier 62 on the West Side Hwy.

The C, and E trains stop at 8th Avenue and 23rd Street, and several other trains stop within walking distance as well. Please make sure to leave adequate time to arrive for your sail or cruise 20-30 minutes before departure time!

By Car

If you are planning to park at Chelsea Piers, the access road into Chelsea Piers' parking lots for Pier 61, 60, and 59 is at West 24th street. It is accessible if you are west-bound on 23rd street (when you hit the West 23rd Street Park, you must take a right on 11th Ave., then take an immediate left onto West 24th Street).

Alternatively, the access road is also accessible if you are south bound on the West Side Highway. Just keep your eyes peeled for the bus turn-in to Chelsea Piers and hang a soft right. Upon entering the parking garages, you will have to take a ticket, and then pay the fee to the lot attendants when you leave.

Unfortunately, we do not issue vouchers for parking at Chelsea Piers. Please be aware that parking may be limited at times due to special events or construction that is going on at the piers.
